Superior Chemical Corp. has a No Hassle 30 day return policy on all of our products!
Please Note: All North Woods® Products are 100% guaranteed, and are made from the highest quality raw materials. Strict laboratory testing assures uniform quality of every product. Due to strict regulations pertaining to our industry, no returns of chemicals will be allowed after 30 Days.
Damaged/Defective Item Returns: Upon receipt of your items you are responsible for visually inspecting any package before accepting it from your carrier, UPS, LTL, etc... If your package has heavy visual damage simply refuse delivery and the item will be sent back to us, we will automatically reship identical order as soon as we receive damaged merchandise.If you open your item and notice that there has been damage or your product is defective please contact us immediately either by phone: 1-800-242-7694 or by filling out this form, click here to fill out the form.
Undamaged Returns (30 days to return): If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product please request a return by logging into your account and filing a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) request to begin your no hassle return. For more information on how to file your RMA request click here. Please Note: With items that fall under this category we will refund you the full cost of your order excluding any shipping charges.Important: Due to strict regulations pertaining to our industry, no returns of chemicals will be allowed after 30 Days!
No returns will be allowed on 30 or 55 gallon drums ordered unless refused upon delivery. We will refund you the full cost of your drum purchase, however, you will be responsible for round trip shipping charges. Due to the inability to verify accepted drum contents, without expensive testing, all drum sales received in by customer will be considered final.
Return Procedure: After contacting us regarding an item you wish to return we will issue you a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number along with directions for processing your return. Please do not send any items back without the RMA number or we will not be able to issue a refund. All return claims must be submitted within 30 days of package receipt and all returns must be pre-approved by Superior Chemical Corp.
If the return is authorized, the return merchandise must be returned in new and resalablecondition including, but not limited to: all original packaging, packaging materials, cartons, documentation, registration and warranty materials. All tags must be attached with no sign of removal. You must ship the products in their original packaging. The shipment should be prepaid and insured for the full amount of the invoice.
All returns must include name, return address, and phone number.
A return may void a multiple purchase discount or promotional shipping discount, if it has been applied to the purchase order.
Refunds will be issued as follows: If you paid by check or bank wire transfer Superior Chemical Corp. will issue you a check in the amount of the full price of the item excluding delivery fees. If you paid by credit card, your credit card will be credited accordingly.
