North Woods® Blossom is a lotion dishwashing detergent that is specifically designed for situations where fast grease emulsification and lasting suds are a must.

Ideal for cleaning heavily encrusted pots and pans in industrial or institutional kitchens or food service plants. Blossom is formulated to create hard working suds that penetrate grease and food deposits but remains still easy on the hands.

Directions for Use:

Dishes and glasses: Use ¼ oz. per gallon of water.
Pots and pans: Use 2 oz. per gallon of water. Allow to soak a few minutes. Hot water works better than cold.
