North Woods® Germicide is a self sanitizing, residual, germicidal detergent that disinfects, cleans, and deodorizes in one operation. Germicide kills a broad spectrum of microorganisms including Staph, Salmonella, and Pseudomonas while being fungicidal against pathogenic fungi and preventing growth of mold and mildew.
Germicide Uses/Benefits:
- Residual self-sanitizing activity kills germs for up to 5 days after use
- Kills Staph, Salmonella, Pseudomonas, Mold, & Mildew
- Kills HIV-1 (AIDS) on pre-cleaned environmental surfaces.
- Odor neutralizing chemicals, stops malodors
Directions for Use:
DISINFECTION, DEODORIZATION AND CLEANING: To disinfect, hard non-porous surfaces (such as bathroom tiles, walls, fixtures, shower stalls, sinks, bathtubs, hampers, tables and chairs), proceed as indicated below: (1) Shake can before using. (2) Hold six to eight inches from surface to be treated. (3) Spray area until it is covered with a white foam. Allow foam to penetrate and remain wet for 10 minutes. No scrubbing necessary. (4) Wipe off with a clean cloth, mop, or sponge. The product will not leave grit or soap scum. For heavily soiled areas, remove gross soil before treatment.
MILDEWSTAT: To control mold and mildew on precleaned hard nonporous surfaces (such as floors, walls, table tops), spray surfaces to be treated making sure to wet completely. Let air dry. Repeat application at weakly intervals or when mildew growth reappears.
SELF-SANITIZING: Germicide has been evaluated and found to have residual self-sanitizing activity on precleaned, hard, non-porous inanimate environmental surfaces for up to 5 days. See label for special instructions for cleaning and decontamination against HIV-1 (AIDS) of surfaces / objects soiled with blood / fluids.
